who is who?

I wrote a list of who the people i talk about are. http://www.xkey.com/~celesteh/personal/friends.html. It's incomplete. Send me corrections. I'm very fuzzy on the Cal years of the hets and mis-identify several people as having been in Cal Band when they weren't or were thrown out in the midst of controversy.
